1. An information site before launch
getoste.com tells hotels about Oste, hotel software that is still in build. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Using the site, requesting information or subscribing to the newsletter does not create a contract.
2. Prices and features
Prices are shown as “founding price, subject to change”. Feature status (live, early access, coming) describes the product as we build it and can change. If we agree to work together later, that agreement is made in writing with its own terms.
3. The live demo
The live demo runs on example data for a fictional hotel. Nothing you type into it is kept.
4. Using our content
You may read, link to and quote this site. The Oste name, logo and design are ours; please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
5. Liability
We write this site with care but cannot promise it is complete or free of errors. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it. [CONFIRM with counsel]
