- Oste runs everything in an independent hotel that isn’t the booking. The PMS owns rooms and money; Oste owns people and work: the live day, guest requests, the team, stock and the numbers, on the web and on every staff phone, in their language, offline. Built on an AI architecture, it lets anyone permitted ask the hotel and get an answer with its sources, or build their own tools by describing them.

- From €5 per room per month for the core (founding price, draft), minimum 20 rooms, everyone on the team included, API included, no setup fees, 30-day trial. Modules are +€0.50 to +€1 per room each; Oste AI and the Oste Concierge are +€5 per room each. Every module switches on or off any month. - Hosting and data
- EU data residency by default. Database in Frankfurt, files and AI processing in the EU. No cookies on this website, nothing loaded from third parties.

- AI assists, humans decide: AI drafts things like handover notes and translations, a person decides, and AI never makes hiring, disciplinary or performance decisions.
